LottoXray provides lottery statistics, historical draw data, analysis tools, jackpot tax estimate tools, odds tools, and combination filtering tools for informational and educational purposes only. It provides ways to review data, explore mathematical combinations, estimate potential tax outcomes, and organize number combinations, but it is not a prediction system and does not provide official lottery entries.

LottoXray is not a lottery retailer, gambling operator, sportsbook, lottery courier, ticket broker, ticket reseller, payment intermediary for lottery entries, or prize claims service.

LottoXray is a statistical analysis and combination filtering tool, not a lottery retailer or gambling service. It does not sell tickets, process wagers, accept bets, broker lottery purchases, courier tickets, hold tickets for users, submit plays to any lottery, redeem prizes, or provide access to official lottery entries. LottoXray does not increase your odds of winning or guarantee prizes of any kind. Nothing on this site constitutes gambling advice.

LottoXray is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, approved by, or connected to any official lottery organization, state lottery agency, multi-state lottery association, government agency, lottery retailer, lottery courier, payment processor, or prize authority.

Past draw results, frequency patterns, filters, rankings, generated combinations, hot/cold numbers, parity data, range data, positional data, repeated endings, sequence views, or any other analytical output do not increase or guarantee any future lottery prize. Every draw is a random, independent event.

The platform is informational and educational. Any generated combinations are configured outputs, filters, mathematical views, or analytical views, not predictions, recommendations to purchase tickets, gambling advice, financial advice, or official lottery entries.

Users should make their own decisions and independently verify all lottery information before participating in any lottery outside the platform. LottoXray is not responsible for lottery-related decisions, purchases, losses, missed deadlines, claim issues, or prize disputes that occur outside LottoXray.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. You may use LottoXray only where your use of LottoXray and any lottery participation outside LottoXray are legally permitted in your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions may impose higher minimum ages, location restrictions, purchase restrictions, online purchase restrictions, courier restrictions, or other rules for lottery participation outside LottoXray.

Official lottery tickets, if any, must be purchased only through authorized retailers or legally permitted channels outside LottoXray. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws, rules, age requirements, residency requirements, location requirements, claim requirements, tax requirements, and official lottery terms that apply to them.

Users are solely responsible for any lottery-related decisions they make outside the platform, including any financial losses from lottery participation. Play responsibly and within your financial limits.

LottoXray may display or offer Premium access, paid access, promotional pricing, or other paid features. Until a checkout is active and available, any pricing or paid-access reference shown on the site is informational and may change before launch. Paid access does not include lottery tickets, lottery entries, wagers, bets, prize claims, guaranteed results, or any right to participate in an official lottery through LottoXray.

If paid access becomes available, checkout, payment authorization, receipts, chargebacks, payment records, and any approved refund flow may be handled by an authorized third-party payment processor according to the terms shown at checkout and on the order receipt. LottoXray does not collect or store your credit card, debit card, PayPal, bank account, or other full payment account details.

• No Automatic Renewal: Premium access offered during this launch phase is a non-recurring purchase unless a future checkout and updated applicable terms clearly and conspicuously introduce a recurring product and obtain any required consent before purchase.
• Pricing: Prices, promotions, feature limits, and paid-access availability may change before checkout opens or between purchase offers. The terms shown at the active checkout control the purchase made through that checkout.
• Refunds and Access Reversal: Refund eligibility and refund processing, if any, are handled according to the terms shown at checkout, the order receipt, applicable law, and the authorized payment processor's policies. If a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, suspected fraud event, or payment dispute occurs, LottoXray may suspend, revoke, or adjust the related Premium access.
• Billing Support: For access issues after a confirmed payment, contact LottoXray support with the checkout email and order or receipt details. LottoXray cannot view or change your full payment account details because payment information is processed by the authorized checkout provider.

While LottoXray works to maintain useful, accurate, and timely data, LottoXray does not warrant that all data is complete, current, error-free, synchronized with official sources, or suitable for any particular purpose. Draw data, jackpot data, game information, sales deadlines, prize information, odds information, tax information, and related content may contain errors, delays, omissions, formatting differences, stale values, or discrepancies from official sources.

Users should verify winning numbers, draw results, jackpot amounts, prizes, odds, ticket information, sales deadlines, claim deadlines, official rules, and all other lottery information directly with the relevant official lottery organization or official source before relying on any information.

LottoXray does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, gambling, estate-planning, or other professional advice. No content on LottoXray creates an attorney-client relationship, accountant-client relationship, tax advisor relationship, fiduciary relationship, or professional advisory relationship.

Any jackpot tax calculator, payout calculator, withholding estimate, lump-sum estimate, annuity estimate, odds calculator, expected-value discussion, or similar tool is an educational estimate only. Actual tax, withholding, payout, residency, filing-status, claim, estate, entity, anonymity, and legal consequences can vary based on federal law, state law, local law, lottery rules, residency, citizenship, income, deductions, credits, filing status, payment choice, claim structure, and individual facts.

Before relying on any tax, legal, financial, or prize-claim information, consult a qualified lawyer, accountant, CPA, enrolled agent, tax advisor, financial advisor, or other licensed professional who can evaluate your specific facts.

You agree to use LottoXray only for lawful, personal, informational, and educational purposes and only in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following restrictions apply whether access is free, paid, trial, promotional, or otherwise provided.

• No Scraping or Harvesting: You may not scrape, crawl, spider, harvest, bulk download, index, mirror, cache, or extract LottoXray pages, data, interfaces, APIs, generated outputs, database structures, or other content by automated or manual means except as expressly allowed by LottoXray in writing.
• No Abusive Automation: You may not use bots, scripts, browser automation, load generators, credential stuffing tools, fake accounts, request floods, or other automated systems to create accounts, bypass controls, consume excessive resources, evade limits, or interfere with normal service operation.
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive source code from, inspect internal protocols of, bypass protections in, or attempt to reconstruct LottoXray's software, algorithms, scoring logic, database organization, entitlement controls, paywall controls, or security mechanisms.
• No Resale or Commercial Exploitation: You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, publish, package, white-label, embed, syndicate, or commercially exploit LottoXray content, outputs, interfaces, screenshots, reports, generated combinations, feature access, or account access without written permission.
• No Account Sharing or Limit Evasion: You may not share, transfer, resell, lease, pool, or assign your account; use another person's account; create multiple accounts to evade limits; bypass usage caps; bypass paid-access controls; or interfere with entitlement checks.
• No Misrepresentation: You may not state or imply that LottoXray is an official lottery, lottery retailer, ticket courier, ticket broker, gambling operator, prize authority, tax advisor, financial advisor, law firm, accountant, or representative of any official lottery organization.
• No Illegal Lottery Activity: You may not use LottoXray to sell tickets, broker lottery entries, process wagers, collect betting funds, run a lottery pool unlawfully, solicit illegal gambling activity, evade lottery laws, or encourage lottery participation where prohibited.
• No Security Interference: You may not probe, scan, test, attack, disable, overload, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to LottoXray systems, user accounts, databases, source code, infrastructure, payment integrations, analytics systems, or administrative tools.
• Enforcement: LottoXray may suspend, restrict, or terminate access, remove saved data, block traffic, preserve evidence, or contact appropriate service providers or authorities when it reasonably believes these Terms, platform security, payment integrity, or applicable law have been violated.

The LottoXray name, logo, brand elements, visual design, interface layout, source code, object code, software architecture, feature flows, page structure, database organization, selection and arrangement of content, analysis views, generated report formats, explanatory text, icons, styles, and proprietary tools are owned by LottoXray or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property, unfair competition, and other laws.

Lottery draw data may be sourced from public records or official sources. Public-record status of underlying draw facts does not give you ownership of LottoXray's proprietary software, design, database organization, selection, coordination, presentation, analysis layers, explanations, generated formats, or other protected elements.

• Limited Personal License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LottoXray grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the platform for your own personal, lawful, informational, and educational use.
• No Transfer of Ownership: Access to LottoXray does not transfer any ownership interest, intellectual property right, database right, trade secret, source code right, trademark right, or other proprietary right to you.
• Restrictions on Copying: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, republish, download in bulk, store in a competing database, or otherwise exploit LottoXray materials except as expressly allowed by the normal operation of the platform for personal use.
• No Competing or Training Uses: You may not use LottoXray content, outputs, data organization, interface behavior, screenshots, or generated materials to build, train, benchmark, improve, populate, or operate a competing product, dataset, model, analytics platform, lottery tool, or commercial service without written permission.
• Generated Outputs: You may use generated combinations, filtered views, and calculator outputs for personal review. You may not represent those outputs as official lottery entries, guaranteed winning numbers, professional advice, or LottoXray endorsements, and you may not resell or redistribute them as a commercial product or service.
• User Content and Saved Data: You remain responsible for numbers, labels, saved games, contact messages, account details, or other content you provide. You grant LottoXray the limited right to host, process, display, secure, back up, and use that content as needed to operate the service, provide account features, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.
• Feedback: If you submit ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, LottoXray may use them without restriction or compensation to you, provided that doing so does not require LottoXray to use your personal information except as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Trademarks: The LottoXray name, logo, product names, page names, and related brand identifiers may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, official lottery status, payment processor approval, or ownership by anyone other than LottoXray.
• Reservation of Rights: All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by LottoXray and its licensors.

LottoXray may modify, suspend, restrict, replace, remove, or discontinue any feature, tool, dataset, game page, calculation, paid-access option, entitlement, limit, design, or service component at any time. LottoXray is not liable for service interruptions, maintenance periods, data delays, feature changes, or discontinued access except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Features may differ by account status, plan, device, jurisdiction, operational limits, testing status, launch status, payment status, or technical constraints. LottoXray may correct errors, update data, adjust feature limits, and change how tools operate when needed to maintain the service.

LottoXray's mobile experience is designed for quick viewing and limited access to selected features. Because LottoXray contains dense statistical tables, detailed analysis tools, and advanced game-generation controls, the full analysis workspace is best experienced on a desktop or laptop. Some tools, layouts, controls, or workflows may be simplified, limited, or unavailable on mobile devices.

LottoXray uses analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors and users interact with the website, measure traffic and performance, identify errors, improve page content, evaluate feature usage, and maintain the service.

Analytics tools may use cookies or similar technologies and may collect usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referrers, and interaction events. LottoXray does not use analytics events to collect lottery numbers you enter, generated combinations, saved tickets, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive account content.

When you accept LottoXray legal documents, including the Terms of Use, Risk Disclaimer, age confirmation, or similar notices, LottoXray may record a timestamp, document type, document version, document snapshot, document hash, and related account status for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, chargeback handling, investigation, and legal defense.

If you delete your account, LottoXray may retain a minimal pseudonymized legal acceptance record for up to three (3) years after account deletion, unless a longer period is required or reasonably necessary for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, chargeback handling, investigation, or legal defense. This retained record is used only to document prior acceptance of legal terms and notices. It is not used for marketing and does not include your password, saved games, generated combinations, payment details, or active account profile content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LottoXray is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LottoXray disclaims all warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, security, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and compatibility with your device, browser, network, or intended use.

LottoXray does not warrant that the service, data, calculations, combinations, filters, outputs, payment integrations, emails, account features, or third-party services will be uninterrupted, secure, current, accurate, complete, error-free, free of harmful components, or suitable for making lottery, financial, tax, legal, or other decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LottoXray and its owners, operators, developers, contractors, service providers, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, enhanced, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, substitute service costs, lottery losses, missed prize claims, missed deadlines, tax consequences, or lottery-related decisions made outside the platform, even if LottoXray has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LottoXray's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service, these Terms, account access, paid access, data, calculations, outputs, or use of the platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly for LottoXray access during the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, liability exclusions, or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations in these Terms apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

LottoXray may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, payment processor requirements, security needs, operational changes, or business changes. When LottoXray updates these Terms, it will update the version number and last updated date shown on the Terms page.

Material changes may be communicated through the website, account flow, email, checkout flow, legal notice flow, or other reasonable method. Changes are effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. If a change requires renewed consent, LottoXray may require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use account features, Premium access, or other affected parts of the service.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using LottoXray. Continued use of LottoXray after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different consent mechanism.

Use of LottoXray is subject to these Terms, the LottoXray Privacy Policy, the LottoXray Risk Disclaimer, any age or eligibility confirmation, any terms shown at an active checkout, and any mandatory laws that apply. If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Third-party services, including analytics providers, hosting providers, email providers, and payment processors, may have their own terms and policies. LottoXray is not responsible for third-party terms, policies, systems, approvals, outages, or decisions except where applicable law requires otherwise.
