Endings Builder
Build lottery combinations by repeated white-ball endings
Endings Builder is a LottoXray generation tool for selecting white balls that share the same final digit. In Powerball, it can list pairs like 10 and 40, triplets like 9, 19, and 59, or larger repeated-ending groups before applying them to Filter Builder.

Choose a repeated-ending type and digit
Endings Builder starts with a group size, such as Pair, Triplet, Quad, or Quint. Then you choose the final digit. The table lists every matching white-ball group for that ending.
A pair ending in 0 means both selected white balls end in 0, such as 10 and 40 or 20 and 50. The tool lists the possibilities so you can choose exact repeated-ending groups without manually scanning the number picker.
Select a repeated-ending type and digit to list matching white-ball groups.
| # | Combination |
|---|---|
| 1 | 1020 |
| 2 | 1030 |
| 3 | 1040 |
| 4 | 1050 |
| 5 | 1060 |
| 6 | 2030 |
| 7 | 2040 |
| 8 | 2050 |
Combine multiple ending groups up to the white-ball limit
In the Powerball example, the game has five white balls. You can select one pair, two pairs, a pair plus a triplet, or another combination that stays within the five-white-ball limit.
If you select 10 and 40, then select 20 and 50, the bottom bar shows 4/5 selected white balls. Selecting another ending-0 pair replaces a compatible group when the selection is already at the limit.
Apply exact repeated-ending groups to generated games
After you choose a row, the bottom bar shows the selected white balls. Clicking Apply sends those numbers into Filter Builder as anchored white balls.
Endings Builder also blocks the other numbers with the same ending, so the repeated-ending group stays exact. If you apply 10, 20, 40, and 50, other ending-0 numbers like 30 and 60 are excluded.
Applied in Filter Builder
Selected repeated-ending numbers become anchors, and the other numbers with that ending are excluded.
In this example, 30 and 60 are blocked so the ending-0 group stays exact.
Endings Builder does not control special balls
Some lottery games have a separate special-ball pool, such as the red Powerball in Powerball or the Mega Ball in Mega Millions. Endings Builder only controls the white-ball side of the game.
For games with five white balls, the selected ending groups can use up to five white-ball slots. For games with six white balls, they can use up to six. The separate special ball remains controlled by its own filters.
Endings Builder questions
What does Endings Builder do in LottoXray?
Endings Builder lists white-ball groups that share the same final digit, such as 10 and 40 or 20 and 50. You can select a pair, triplet, quad, or quint and apply that group to Filter Builder.
Does Endings Builder control the special ball?
No. In a Powerball example, Endings Builder only controls the five white balls from 1-69. The red Powerball is controlled separately.
Can I select more than one repeated-ending group?
Yes. In supported Generate Games tools, you can select multiple ending groups up to the white-ball count for that game. A five-white-ball game allows up to five selected white balls, and a six-white-ball game allows up to six.
Can Endings Builder predict lottery results?
No. Endings Builder is a mathematical filtering and organization tool. Lottery drawings are random and independent, and no repeated-ending pattern predicts or guarantees future results.
