Does LottoXray guarantee lottery wins?+
No. LottoXray is a statistical analysis tool only. It does not increase your odds of winning, and it does not guarantee prizes of any kind. Every draw is a random, independent event.
Is LottoXray affiliated with any lottery organization?+
No. LottoXray is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or connected to any official lottery organization, government agency, or prize authority. All referenced games are trademarks of their respective organizations, and draw data is sourced from publicly available records.
Does LottoXray sell lottery tickets online?+
No. LottoXray does not sell lottery tickets, process wagers, accept bets, or provide access to official lottery entries. Official lottery tickets must be purchased only through authorized retailers or legally permitted channels in your jurisdiction.
How often is the data updated?+
Our draw results are updated after every official draw for all supported games: Powerball, Mega Millions, Lotto America, Lotto Texas, California SuperLotto Plus, Florida Lotto, Millionaire for Life, and New York Lotto.
How do I upgrade to Premium?+
Click "Pricing" in the navigation menu or open Account Settings > Billing to review Premium monthly access. Premium monthly access is coming soon and will unlock higher generation limits, more saved games, and customizable analysis settings.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Available payment methods will be shown when Premium monthly checkout opens and will be processed securely through our payment partner. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
I found incorrect or outdated data. What should I do?+
Please use the contact form and describe the issue. We take data accuracy seriously and will investigate promptly.
Can you add a new lottery game?+
We're always looking to expand. Send us your suggestion via the form below and we'll evaluate it for a future update.
Is my data safe? Do you store my combinations?+
Your saved combinations are stored securely and are only accessible to you when logged in. We do not share your data with third parties.
I found a bug. How do I report it?+
Use the contact form below and select "Bug Report" as the subject. Describe what happened. Screenshots are very helpful.
